How is the Debt Management Training provided?
The Debt Management Training services that we supply are all individually tailored to the needs and the current knowledge of our client and supplied by our company director. We start with an initial meeting, after a phone call, where we sit down and get to know each other a little and you find out what we can provide and we tell you what we have to offer. There is little point in us having a standard template for Debt Management Training as everyone learns at different rates, has different styles of learning and has different knowledge and experience.
Providing that we are able to offer what you are looking for and you are happy to go ahead all Training is carried out at either your home or office, if applicable. We are flexible how we deliver the Training, but usually we Train for one intense day then have a gap of either a couple of days or a week, to allow the information to be retained and also depending on your schedule and how eager you are. We use a number of different styles of Training, again depending on how you prefer to learn.
How we teach
- Verbal – We provide the initial information and then develop a discussion
- Question and Answer – immediate, and in between Training sessions
- Audio – We recode some parts of Training so you are better able to understanding how you may come across to clients
- Dummy account and live accounts once licensed
- Training manual - We have an extensive Training manual covering all aspects of Training. This is used in between Training sessions for compounding memory and also after completion for referral
- Testing- We regularly test to ensure you are getting full benefit from the Training
