Established in early 2009 Fresh Start UK was Hull’s first Debt Management Company and has been growing ever since. Based in Hull we began providing a Debt Management Solution for people in the surrounding area. After over two years of Debt Management assistance we now proudly cover the whole of the UK and offer Debt Management Plans, IVAs and Bankruptcy through our Insolvency Practitioner.
